DISTINGUISHED ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
Guadalupe Phillips Margain is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ICA and is a Member of the company's Board of Directors since 2016.
Before undertaking the restructuring of ICA, she worked for 16 years at Grupo Televisa serving as CFO of Empresas Cablevision and Vice President of Finance and Risk Management of the group.
Ms. Phillips is a Member of the Board of Directors of Grupo Televisa, Volaris, Grupo Axo, Innova, OMA, ICA Foundation, and the Dolores Olmedo Museum, and is an Alternate Member of Grupo Financiero Banorte’s Board.
She holds a law degree from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM), and MA and PhD degrees from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
