Arielle is a Senior at Tufts University pursuing a diverse academic path in Biopsychology, Community Health, and American Politics. As the Tufts Student Body President, she actively shapes campus initiatives and policies, as well as serves as the Curator and Executive Organizer for TEDxTufts. Arielle's passion for advocating for older adults led her to co-found The Legacy Project, a Massachusetts-based non-profit dedicated to connecting students and olders to preserve life histories through published prose. Furthering her interest in this work, she pursued a certificate with the University of Southern California Leonard Davis School of Gerontology in Innovation and Social Impact in Gerontology, as well as trained to become a Massachusetts ombudsman. Throughout her undergraduate years, she has delved into research on neurodegenerative diseases and currently works in the Health and Productive Aging Lab at Tufts, focusing on the impact of caregiving on older adults.

With a commitment to effecting equitable policy change in the health sector, Arielle will pursue a Masters of Public Policy degree at the Harvard Kennedy School in Fall 2024, as a recipient of the John F. Kennedy Fellowship. Arielle has been recognized as a 2023 Presidential Award for Civic Life Recipient at Tufts University and a recipient of the Donald Cowdery Memorial Scholarship, as well as has National Finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship and Truman Scholarship. In her pursuit of a comprehensive understanding of constituent issues and policy dynamics, Arielle has interned in various settings, including the Offices of Senator Edward Markey, Office of Democratic Whip Katherine Clark, Suffolk Family and Probate Court, Massachusetts Department of Public Health, American Society on Aging, and US Ways and Means Health Subcommittee.
