Join us as recent Tufts alumni entrepreneurs talk about what it takes to start your first startup. They will discuss the skills, relationships, and tools they needed to successfully build an MVP, acquire early customers, fund-raise, and grow. 

The one-hour event is produced by Tufts AMPLIFY, a volunteer committee run by Tufts San Francisco Bay Area alumni focused on bringing entrepreneurs within the Tufts community together.

Panelists
Charles Cushing (A11) runs StartOps, a knowledge-sharing community for operations leaders at the top 500 ecommerce startups, and is a Partner at Pascal Capital. He co-founded Galleon, a B2B SaaS logistics data company. Before that, he was COO of Twice, an a16z-backed secondhand fashion marketplace acquired by eBay.
 
Macgill Davis (A15) was most recently Cofounder of Humble Dot, an HR Tech platform to automate team management, backed by Susa Ventures. Before that, he was a Software Engineer at Twitter and Cofounded an outdoor recreation marketplace, GuideHire.

Shriya Nevatia (A15) was recently Founder & CEO of The Violet Society, an accelerator and career development program for female & non-binary Founders, PMs, and Engineers. She's now running Operations at On Deck, a community of founders helping one another at the formative stages of their startups. She was previously a Product Manager at GLIDR, a B2B SaaS startup co-founded by Jim Hornthal, and President of TenXList, an a16z-backed LinkedIn competitor
