Michelle Pyram, Founder of Be Accountable, Inc. will lead the "How do I get paid to be who I am?”: Group Career Coaching 3-Part Series. We invite participants to take an introspective look at their own life and career choices. This 3-part series is ideally for alumni who are 2-10 years out of Tufts. With the following objectives, you will learn...

• To create empowering solutions for yourself that will help you transition into environments where you can thrive.

• To teach yourself the power of overcoming rejection and channeling your own individual efforts to create positive outcomes.

• To reinforce the importance of execution and accountability to fulfill your individual career goals and aspirations with a personalized action plan.

In each training offering, participants will work together as partners in accountability to maximize success in their development. Those that are active participants who contribute to the discussion and exhibit candor, tend to maximize the most from the experience.

Don't let complacency, busyness, or fear get in the way of making decisions that can improve and shift the quality of your life and your career!

See you there!
