Are you curious about what it's really like to work in the legal field? Join fellow Tufts undergraduates and alumni for an immersive Trek to the heart of Boston’s legal community.

We’ll begin our day at the John Joseph Moakley U.S. Courthouse, where participants will observe live courtroom proceedings and gain first-hand insight into the judicial process. The visit will include a guided tour of the courthouse and engaging conversations with key legal professionals— including a federal judge, a probation officer, a defense attorney, and a prosecutor—who will share their diverse perspectives on careers in law and public service.

Afterward, we’ll enjoy a group lunch and continue our journey with a tour of a prominent Boston law firm (within walking distance of the courthouse) and Q&A with Jumbo alumni attorneys. You'll learn about the day-to-day life of practicing attorneys and explore various paths within private practice.

This Trek - hosted by The Career Center, the Office of Alumni Engagement and the Tufts Lawyers Association is a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the legal system, ask questions, and make meaningful connections with professionals and peers alike. Space is limited so early registration is strongly encouraged.
