How can you lead others when you’re not their boss, or even a boss? Through influence!
Leadership can be described as the ability to influence others to action toward a common goal, and even without title or authority to make others take action, it is still possible to influence them and make progress. In this session with Arielle Sadan, Executive Coach and owner of Revel&Awe, we’ll define the key characteristics required for influence and explore some of the most effective ways to build your influence - with or without a title to match - so you can start building your leadership skills, whatever stage of your career you’re at!
Arielle Sadan loves identifying what makes people tick and figure out how to help them tick better; in other words, Arielle loves to help her clients learn how to become the best versions of themselves. As a certified professional coach, she specializes in helping early- and mid-level professionals develop their leadership skills, carve out fulfilling career paths, and live into their potential. She received her professional coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and is credentialed (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
This webinar is part of the Professional Development Series sponsored by Alumni Career Services. The webinar will be recorded and available on our playlist after the event.
