Class of 1965 Reunion Challenge

Elliott Lerman was a class reunion leader and alumni advocate for almost 60 years and passed in December, 2023.

Many who worked with him and knew him felt that the most fitting legacy to his love of Tufts is an endowed scholarship in both his name and in the name of the class of 1965. The scholarship will help students attend the Tufts College of Arts and Sciences and College of Engineering for years to come.

There are many tax-efficient ways to support the scholarship, including gifts of appreciated securities and qualified charitable distributions (QCDs) from IRAs.

A generous, anonymous donor will match any donations to this scholarship up to a total of $60,000!

The class needs to reach at least $100,000 in gifts pledge or received by June 30, 2025 in order to endow the Elliott Lerman Class of 1965 Scholarship Fund.

đŸ€ŽGifts to financial aid will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $60,000.
