Tufts Alumni Miami: Holiday Party at Amara's Private Paraiso Beach Club

The Holidays are fast approaching and there's no better way to celebrate than with fellow Jumbos. Alumni, parents and friends of Tufts, please join us for a party Thursday, December 12 at the Amara's Paraiso Beach Club. At this quintessential Miami Waterfront restaurant from James Beard Award-winning Chef and restaurateur Michael Schwartz, you'll spread some cheer as you socialize and network with friends, new and old at this swanky and beautiful private beachfront lounge overlooking the water. Your admission includes open bar for the first hour and heavy passed appetizers, crafted by Executive Chef, Michael Paley, whose approach to Latin American cooking is underpinned by bold flavors of traditional dishes and decidedly bright–a showcase for fresh ingredients.

The Chef has garnered praise from both Food & Wine Magazine for artisan pizza and Southern-inspired cuisine and Bon Appetit’s 50 Best New Restaurants list for his embrace of regionally-sourced products with a custom-built, wood-burning fireplace.
