We cordially invite alums, parents, and friends of Tufts who reside in Massachusetts, Rhode Island or New Hampshire to our April 27th virtual networking event for those who work in or are simply interested in learning more about the nonprofit and public service industries. Whether it’s a decline in revenue and funding, layoffs or additional staffing needs, COVID-19 has had an undeniable impact on the day-to-day operations of these sectors. Our program will address the developments of the past year, as well as the hope for recovery as more vaccines become available.

The program will include a fireside chat featuring Max Fineberg, A92, President and CEO of Growing Hope Globally, an innovative faith-based organization that works with farmers and their communities in the US to support farmers and their communities overseas.  Our moderator will be Nithyaa Venkataramani, A13, an Intensive Care Coordinator for the Justice Resource Institute, a leader in social justice, with over 100 diverse programs dedicated to addressing the most confounding challenges of both the human services and educational systems. Networking in breakout rooms will follow.

This is a great opportunity to add more Jumbos to your professional network. Please note that in an effort to continue the conversation after the event, you will be asked during the registration process whether it is acceptable to share your email address with other attendees.

“See” you there!
