Women In STEM: Accelerating the Diversity of Tech Leadership

Tufts Gordon Institute is building a community that supports the success of women as they drive high impact in the world and in their STEM careers. In partnership with DraftKings, we aim to inspire and empower women in STEM to find organizations who support a diverse and inclusive culture and to drive change in diversity and inclusion within their own culture. During the event, an industry-expert panel will discuss how to identify STEM organizations that truly support diversity and inclusion efforts, how to change culture from the bottom up, and how to create a culture that is supportive to women, people of color, and other minoritized populations.
