The mission of the Fletcher School’s Institute for Business in the Global Context (IBGC) is to explore the interplay between business and the global contexts in which businesses operate. This work includes close study of the geopolitical, economic, humanitarian, and environmental factors that impact businesses and shape global markets.
Through original research and field work, graduate education, executive training, and global partnerships, the IBGC cultivates “contextual intelligence” with the aim of strengthening businesses, emerging markets, and individual leaders around the world.
