STEM Ambassadors

Cultivating new leaders and future learners in STEM fields

STEM Ambassadors is a professional development program connecting Tufts undergraduates in science and engineering with middle and high school students in Tufts’ host communities. The goal of the program is to spark new interest in STEM subjects and build diversity in these important fields.

Through classroom presentations, mentoring, and campus tours, ambassadors gain teaching experience and leadership skills. Participating students receive a personal introduction to STEM learning which can change the course of their education.
