Do you love pasta but ever wondered why the perfect shape doesn’t exist? Dan Pashman, A99, did so he set off on a three-year journey to create his perfect pasta shape, Cascatelli, meaning Italian for waterfalls. Dan is the creator and host of the country’s #1 food podcast, The Sporkful. He has won countless awards, including a James Beard Award, and his new pasta shape was named one of Time magazine's 100 Best Inventions of 2021!

We are so excited to welcome Dan to Houston for an evening of pasta indulgence (plus other great food and wine) as well as an exclusive inside look into how his pasta shape came to be. During the course of the evening, you will enjoy a three-course meal featuring Dan’s Cascatelli pasta (plus optional wine pairings) and experience an intimate conversation between Dan and CultureMap Food Editor Eric Sandler. Everyone will also go home with your own box of Cascatelli.

First come, first serve. Limit four tickets per person.
