Please join the Tufts Latino Alumni Association for a virtual cooking demonstration with Cecilia Flores, A12, AG13, where she will show us how to make vegan versions of iconic Latinx dishes. 

Cecilia Flores, A12, AG13 is the co-founder of Coco Verde, a Latino Vegan Kitchen recently profiled in the New York Times. She was born in Boston and spent many summers in the Dominican Republic as a child. She recently submitted her dissertation for her PhD in Social Policy! As an Afro-Dominican, her passions are plant-based foods, welfare, and social justice.
