
Jill Weinberg is an Assistant Professor Sociology whose research and teaching lies in the areas of law/deviance, sports, and gender. She received a PhD from Northwestern University, MA from University of Chicago, and JD from Seattle University. Jill has spent extensive time in France. As a sociologist, she looks at monuments and how we memorialize people and events and what we learn about ourselves in the process. She has also studied the resistance movement during the war.
